For a change-of-mind return, the product must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with its original packaging and any tags supplied with it. Request within 30 days of delivery. Returns are sent by mail; the customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. No restocking fee. We process refunds for change-of-mind returns to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Inspection is included in this 10-business-day period and does not add extra time. These commercial conditions do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
