Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the date their order is delivered. To initiate a return, contact us at info@slimzy.co or call +61468147070 and provide your order details. A return request must be submitted and approved before sending any item back; we will provide written return instructions including the return address within 2 business days of approval. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Slimzy covers the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies once the item is delivered.
