All products are supplied unused and in original packaging condition.

We process orders within 0-2 business days. Delivery across Australia generally takes 5-10 business days after dispatch via reliable postal and courier services operating within Australia. The total estimated delivery timeframe is 5-12 business days from the date of order confirmation.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes in Australia. The total amount payable is shown clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for deliveries within Australia. Payment is taken at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of the date their order is delivered. To initiate a return, contact us at info@slimzy.co or call +61468147070 and provide your order details. A return request must be submitted and approved before sending any item back; we will provide written return instructions including the return address within 2 business days of approval. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Slimzy covers the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies once the item is delivered.

Nothing in our policies affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
