Products and Orders
All products sold through Slimzy are offered unused and in original packaging. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general information. Orders are processed by Martlaz Limited and fulfilled through our fulfilment partners. Processing time is between 0 and 2 business days. Delivery time is typically between 5 and 10 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is between 5 and 12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes in Australia. The total amount payable is clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. No hidden fees or additional charges will be applied beyond the amount shown at checkout. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Australia using reliable postal and courier services operating within Australia. Shipping timelines are as stated above. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered by contacting our customer support at info@slimzy.co or +61468147070. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping (we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
