General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the website. Payment details are entered and processed in Shopify Checkout.

Refunds when Slimzy cancels an order before dispatch

If Slimzy cancels an entire paid order before any item in that order has been dispatched, we issue a full refund to the original payment method by the end of the second business day after cancellation. Business days are Monday–Friday, based on Sydney time, and the count starts on the next business day. No return is required.

Accuracy of Information

We maintain the information on this website and correct identified errors in pricing, product descriptions or other content.

Products and Orders

All products sold through Slimzy are offered unused and in original packaging. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general information. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and product photography; these do not affect the function or specifications of the product. Orders are processed by Martlaz Limited and fulfilled through our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days, including 0–2 business days of processing and 5–10 business days in transit. Processing and transit days are Monday to Friday. For orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM (noon), Sydney time, the estimate is counted from that business day. After the cut-off or on a non-business day, counting starts on the next business day. Public holidays may affect delivery estimates.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is free on all orders within Australia. The price on each product page is the final price, with no hidden fees. Payment is required at the time of order.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Australia using reliable postal and courier services operating within Australia. Shipping timelines are as stated above. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered by contacting our customer support at info@slimzy.co. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with its original packaging and any tags supplied with it. These conditions do not apply to a claim under the Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We process refunds for change-of-mind returns to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Inspection is included in this 10-business-day period and does not add extra time.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law in Australia, Martlaz Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Australia.
