Payment methods

Credit card and Shop Pay are available in Shopify Checkout. The payment options for the order are shown before payment is confirmed.

Currency and total

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price on each product page is the final price, with no hidden fees. Shipping is free on all orders within Australia. The order total is shown before payment is confirmed.

Payment processing

Payment details are entered and processed in Shopify Checkout.

Refunds

We process refunds for change-of-mind returns to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Inspection is included in this 10-business-day period and does not add extra time. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Refunds when Slimzy cancels an order before dispatch

If Slimzy cancels an entire paid order before any item in that order has been dispatched, we issue a full refund to the original payment method by the end of the second business day after cancellation. Business days are Monday–Friday, based on Sydney time, and the count starts on the next business day. No return is required.
