RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This Returns and Refund Policy applies to Martlaz Limited trading as Slimzy and governs purchases made by customers located in Australia. All orders placed on this website are sold by Martlaz Limited trading as Slimzy and delivered to customers in Australia through our fulfilment partners.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, except where you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in original packaging. It must be returned complete, including all accessories and components originally supplied. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the delivery date and provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Returns that do not meet the stated conditions will not be accepted, except where you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping cost. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Slimzy is responsible for the cost of return shipping: we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage. Before sending any item back, you must submit your return request by contacting us at info@slimzy.co or +61468147070. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide written return instructions, including the return address, within 2 business days. Items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. No restocking fees are charged.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you contact us to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund. In this case, no return shipment is required. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies once the item is delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once inspection is completed, the refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method. Refunds are made in Australian Dollars (AUD). After we process a refund, it typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider. If a return is approved due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, the full purchase amount, including any shipping you paid, will be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested subject to product availability. To request an exchange, contact customer support at info@slimzy.co or +61468147070 before returning the item. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
