Where do you ship? We ship exclusively within Australia, to all states and territories. We deliver to PO Boxes across Australia. We do not ship internationally, and we do not deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO) or freight forwarding services. For full details, see our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia, with no minimum order requirement. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes (GST). There are no hidden fees or additional charges at delivery.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. After dispatch, transit takes 5–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days from order confirmation. Delivery to remote and regional areas may require up to 3 additional business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When is the order cut-off? Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.

Where are orders shipped from? Orders are dispatched through our fulfilment partners and delivered to customers across Australia within the timeframe above.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

Is there a minimum order value? No. There is no minimum order value.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is charged at the time of order. See our Payment Policy.

What currency are prices shown in? All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes (GST).

Is checkout secure? Yes. All transactions are secured with industry-standard SSL encryption, and our payment providers are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details.

How long do I have to request a return? You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in original packaging, complete with all accessories and components originally supplied. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases, including change-of-mind returns and items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued after your returned item is received and inspected. Once inspection is complete, the refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are made in Australian Dollars (AUD).

What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect? Contact us at info@slimzy.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, apply regardless of any time limit.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, free of charge before your order is dispatched — contact us immediately at info@slimzy.co with your order number and we will issue a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies after delivery.

What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed? Contact us at info@slimzy.co and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery timeframe, we treat it as lost in transit and, after confirming the status with the carrier, offer you a choice of a free replacement or a full refund.

We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order and provide customer service, and we do not sell your personal information.
