Which countries do you ship to? We ship exclusively to Australia. We deliver to all states and territories including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free for all orders with no minimum order requirement.
How long does delivery take? Total delivery time is 5–12 business days from order placement, including 0–2 business days processing time and 5–10 business days transit time. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) on business days are processed the same day.
Where are orders shipped from? All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse at 61 Australis Dr, Derrimut VIC 3026, Australia.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes across Australia.
Are there any customs or import fees? No. All applicable Australian taxes (GST) are included in the price at checkout. No additional fees are charged at delivery.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us at info@slimzy.co as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address at no charge. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the reshipping cost.
What if my order is delayed? Contact us at info@slimzy.co with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
What if my package is lost? If your package is confirmed lost, you may choose between a full refund or a free replacement, subject to product availability.
What if my package arrives damaged? Please inspect your order on delivery. We strongly recommend contacting us at info@slimzy.co within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure? Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption and our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details.
When is payment charged? Payment is charged immediately upon completing checkout.
In which currency are prices displayed? All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Are taxes included in the price? Yes. GST is included in the price shown at checkout. No additional taxes are added at checkout or delivery.
What are my return options? You have two options:
ACL Consumer Guarantees: if your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of any time limit.
Voluntary Change of Mind (30 days): we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery as a commercial courtesy.
What condition must returned items be in for a change of mind return? Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
Who pays for return shipping? For change of mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
Where do I send returns? All approved returns go to our Australian warehouse: 61 Australis Dr, Derrimut VIC 3026, Australia. Contact us at info@slimzy.co before sending anything back to obtain return authorisation.
How long does a refund take? For change of mind returns: once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, the refund is processed within 7 business days, with a further 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds.
For ACL remedies: once we confirm the fault, we will process your remedy within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, with a further 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds.
Can I exchange an item? Yes, within the 30-day change of mind window. Contact us at info@slimzy.co with your order number and the replacement item you would like. Outbound shipping of the replacement is free. Return shipping of the original item is your responsibility unless the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part.
What if my item is faulty? Contact us at info@slimzy.co with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos. You may choose between a free replacement or a full refund. All return shipping costs are covered by us. Your ACL rights apply regardless of when the fault is discovered.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, free of charge before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@slimzy.co with your order number. Once dispatched, follow the return process above.
What types of products do you offer? Slimzy offers home fitness and wellness equipment across five categories:
Strength and Functional Training: resistance bands, push-up bars, ab rollers, jump ropes, weightlifting belts, and lifting accessories.
Yoga and Mobility: yoga mats, foam blocks, stretching straps, and flexibility tools.

Are your products suitable for beginners? Yes. Our catalog supports all experience levels, from first-time fitness enthusiasts to experienced home trainers.
Are your products medical devices? No. Our products are general-purpose fitness and wellness accessories, not medical devices. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new training routine, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
How do you handle my personal information? Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect only what is necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer service. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
