Where do you ship? We ship exclusively within Australia, to all states and territories. We deliver to PO Boxes across Australia. We do not ship internationally, and we do not deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO) or freight forwarding services. For full details, see our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia, with no minimum order requirement. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes (GST). There are no hidden fees or additional charges at delivery.
How long will my order take? Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. After dispatch, transit typically takes 5–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days from order confirmation. Delivery to remote and regional areas may require up to 3 additional business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
When is the order cut-off? Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST, GMT +10) on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.
Where are orders shipped from? Orders are dispatched through our fulfilment partners and delivered to customers across Australia within the timeframe above.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.
Is there a minimum order value? No. There is no minimum order value.

How long do I have to request a return? You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in original packaging, complete with all accessories and components originally supplied. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping? For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Slimzy covers the cost of return shipping — we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage.
Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued after your returned item is received and inspected. Once inspection is complete, the refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect? We will arrange return shipping at our cost and provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, apply regardless of any time limit.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, free of charge before your order is dispatched — contact us immediately at info@slimzy.co with your order number and we will issue a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies after delivery.

If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery timeframe, we treat it as lost in transit and, after confirming the status with the carrier, offer you a choice of a free replacement or a full refund.
