Where do you ship? We ship exclusively within Australia, to all states and territories. We deliver to PO Boxes across Australia. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia, with no minimum order requirement. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes (GST). There are no hidden fees or additional charges at delivery.

After dispatch, transit takes 5–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days from order confirmation. What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed? Contact us at info@slimzy.co and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery timeframe, we treat it as lost in transit and, after confirming the status with the carrier, offer you a choice of a free replacement or a full refund.
