After dispatch, transit takes 5–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days from order confirmation. Delivery to remote and regional areas may require up to 3 additional business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
When is the order cut-off? Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, free of charge before your order is dispatched — contact us immediately at info@slimzy.co with your order number and we will issue a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies after delivery.
What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed? Contact us at info@slimzy.co and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery timeframe, we treat it as lost in transit and, after confirming the status with the carrier, offer you a choice of a free replacement or a full refund.
